Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage 2/3 social media accounts concurrently, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all platforms.
Create and curate compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Plan and execute a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule and optimize engagement.
Capture highquality photos and videos to supplement social media content, showcasing our services, products, and ambiance.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and special offers across digital platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments promptly, and foster meaningful interactions to nurture a loyal community.
Stay uptodate with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation.
Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to different social media platforms.
Proficiency in managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Excellent photography skills and the ability to capture visually appealing images and videos.
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
