Description

Position Title:
Waiter ( Ready to Join Immediately )

Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils
Attend to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of transactions
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role in a 3/4star hotel/restaurant environment
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work flexible hours.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
High school diploma or equivalent

Food + Accommodation + Transportation+ Medical + Visa + Insurance - will be provided by the company.

Salary:
AED1, AED1,250.00 per month
