    Description
    Position Summary
    • Market Analysis (Segment, Market Competition, Retail Movement Analysis, etc.)
    • Managing profit especially sales deduction and marketing expenses
    • Stock allocation for each account with SCM team for more advanced analysis
    • Closely with with HQ and deliver main strategy in local market

    Role and Responsibilities
    • OLED/QLED and 8K Product Management
    • Domestic sales in retail market with healthy WOS management (Related to budget)
    • Tracking market price of trading and decide the best possible price to proceed with
    • Model wise consolidated profit management / profit wise demand management
    • Collaborate with KAMs (Key Account Managers) for demand update in the system

    Product Management
    • Product portfolio/mix management, pricing strategy development
    • Forecasting and reporting in various aspects of product management (Sales, Inventory, etc)
    • Product specification update and maintenance

    Marketing & Promotion
    • UAE & GCC countries sales promotion development
    • Product positioning and defining target market
    • Product Launch Management including LLP (Local Launching Plan) development, and target launch date

    Reporting & Analysis
    • Goals and KPIs management for business and product marketing
    • SCM forecasting and preparation of Sub/RHQ/HQ reporting
    • P&L management and market assessment
    • Full P&L ownership, trend analysis, competitive landscape and monitoring roadmap

    Skills And Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • 5-7 years of experiences in Consumer Electronics industry
    • Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
    • Understand TV business and derive quick solutions
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills
    • Background in P&L is mandatory
    • Experience in leading cross-functional teams across division (Sales, Demand & Operations)
    • Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-motivated, goals-oriented individual who can accomplish personal and business goals within established time frames.
