• Lead and manage a team of softwareengineers, assigning tasks, set reasonable timelines, andoverseeing the day-to-dayoperations.
• Collaborate with business partners(business stakeholders / product managers) to define project scopeand objectives, ensuring engineeringexcellence.
• Foster a creative yet accountableworking environment, fostering an innovative approach that inspiresthe team.
• Plan and oversee the execution of allphases of software engineering, including requirement review,system design, development, testing, anddeployment.
• Establish software developmentmethodologies, set high standards and performance metrics. Makesure requirements of compliance are met for globalprojects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologytrends and applications, continuously updating knowledge to drivetechnological advancements.
• Conduct performanceevaluations of team members and put in place plans for improvementas needed.
  
  

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

• Abachelor's degree in computer science or softwareengineering related field.
• At least 5 years ofexperience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in aleadership role.
• Possess expertise in softwaredevelopment methodologies and hands-on experience with Java& Golang, showcasing exceptional problem-solvingskills.
• Proficiency in English is amust.
• Knowledge of project managementmethodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfullymanaging teams and delivering complexprojects.
