_Job Description:

_:
- _offering support to business users remotely and at the location of our customers_
- _managing and solving claims in the ticketing system or via telephone and remote assistance_
- _management, maintenance and fault diagnosis in the SW and HW area of user equipment_
- _building a knowledge base and optimizing service interventions_
- _monitoring the development of technologies and trends in the field of IT_
- _transferring service requests to a higher level of support and monitoring only these_
- _taking care of up-to-date documentation of ICT systems_
- _monitoring of the monitoring system_
- _transfer of knowledge to colleagues_
- _management of information environments with limited access to AD and ECP_
- _coordinating with other L1 support members_

_Job Requirements:

_:

Must have Diploma in IT_

- _good knowledge of computer components and ability to diagnose errors_
- _good knowledge of Windows operating systems and their management_
- _knowledge of settings within operating systems, including installing programs and appropriate drivers_
- _knowledge of peripheral devices_
- _knowledge of network topologies and ability to diagnose simple faults_
- _knowledge of Microsoft Office software_
- _knowledge of more advanced services, programs and components is an advantage_
