RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading, motivating and managing the Sales team.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and supervising the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales target.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, companies, institutions, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation and drive sales.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
  • Resolve and manage customer queries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
  • Stay informed on car auction market trends and achieve sales targets.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
