    Responsibilities:
    Partner with Category Leaders, Vendor Managers and key retail category functions to support defining priorities and operational goals according to vendor needsManage a team of Team Leads and Brand Specialists owning the joint business plans for a large pool of vendorsAudit metrics regularly to continually drive quality of vendor and employee experience across multiple sub-categoriesDefine the skills required within the team to support vendors with specific challengesDevelop the right skillsets within the team and allocate resources to vendorsGrow and develop people into a talent pool for AmazonCollaborate with category teams and the central AVS and tech teams to help enhance and grow the serviceCollaborate with departments across the organization to support the improvement of tools and productivityHelp drive key business initiatives, managing the planning, development and roll-out


    Requirements:
    Track record on Hiring and Developing talents with different seniority8-10 years of experience in product or program managementStrong understanding of Retail business inputs/outputsAbility to influence senior stakeholders across countriesAbility to set-up/own complex workstreams across countries
