Proficiency in project management software.
Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee building construction projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor project expenses and manage the budget.
Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Identify and manage project risks.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports and communicate with the project team.
Client Engagement and Handling
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain project documentation and records.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
