- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Min 3 years of Account Management experience in an advertising agency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience in creating advertising campaigns and managing clients in the Middle East Market is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals
- Excellent self‐presentation skills and phone etiquette.
- Excellent management skills, research aptitude, and strong desire to excel in the creative agency.
- Well‐versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Role Description
The Account Executive/Account Manager is a full-time role for an on-site position located in Dubai. The daily tasks associated with this role include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client goals, creating advertising campaigns and strategies, managing in-house and third-party teams, tracking and reporting campaign progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign completion.
