POSITION:
Retail Factory Planer / merchandiser

We are looking at hiring male retail factory planner for our retail division.

Job requirements;

  • A person who coordinates with production team and retail store to fill in the gaps where the stocks are missing.
  • Looks into quality aspect of all production if it is happened as per tech pack and size ratio.
  • Have good knowledge of fabric and production.
  • Must be result oriented & takes full ownership for the job roll
  • Based on the plan, coordinates with warehouse on product / merchandise requirements in the stores in a planned way.
  • Work with the stores closely to actively manage inventory levels. This includes planning backup orders, recommending orders, increasing/decreasing inventory, and/or canceling orders.
  • Must have 5 years of experience as a retail factory Merchandise Planner with a small or medium size retailer
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate both oral & written clearly and persuasively,
  • Excels in teamenvironments and in building and developing strong interpersonal relationships

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Excel

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
