This is a
Commission Only Role % Remote working) -
after 2 months review the role will be converted to a
permanent role with a basic salary.


We are a HR consultancy with a ambitious drive to enter the market to support the businesses in their drive to sustainability.


We are currently looking to add to our team a recruitment consultant with minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and business development.


This is a independent desk role, therefore you will need to generate your own business and close your own roles.

You will be provided the tools to support.


Main responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation
  • Independent account management
  • Talent Pooling
  • Administrative tasks as needed
  • Weekly reporting on recruitment data
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Process improvement

Required:

  • Experience in recruitment and business development
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to generate business
  • Proactive and independent worker
  • Able to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary:
AED2, AED10,000.00 per month
