The Role

Taking orders and accurately recording customer preferences. Preparing and serving drinks, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to hygiene standards. Engaging with customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns and fulfilling requests. Efficiently managing multiple tasks, such as restocking supplies and maintaining a clean work area.
