Roles and responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety policies within Linencraft
  • Reports any Health and Safety hazards to immediate head or
clients' facilities officer in charge

  • Support Team Leaders in documentation of Incident/Accident Reports to maintain safe working environment.
  • To adhere to the policies related to PPEs and other mandatory operation requirement.
  • Responsible for timely identification so that shop floor problems are resolved immediately.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers.
  • Comply on all Quality Assurance policies by ensuring all items processed are of high quality standards and accurate in counts.
  • Ensure to report quality issues to the immediate head.
  • To perform manual tasks related to logistics, sorting, washing and finishing sections, so as to meet the product specification and schedules.

Job Description:


To follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of manual tasks that may include direct customer interaction to meet daily targets on volume, cost, wastage, quality and safety while performing in a section of the laundering process.
