    The Role

    Smart Property Investments is the first Ukrainian licensed real estate agency in Dubai with 8 years of experience We work with top developers and help to acquire the best real estate for personal use and for investment purposes. The SPI team are the best brokers leading the world of real estate in Dubai, always listening and satisfying the needs of clients. We are looking for an ambitious Real Estate Broker. We will definitely match if you have:
    • Successful experience in real estate sales from 1 year;
    • Positive thinking and a high level of empathy;
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with anyone;
    • Readiness for constant learning and development;
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English at least Intermediate;
    • You already live in Dubai, or are ready to move. Will be a plus:
    • Experience with CRM (Google Data Studio/Tableau/Pipedrive, Hubspot).

    Requirements

    What we expect from you:

    • Professional negotiation: coordination of positions, bringing negotiations to a result, search for compromise solutions;
    • Search, selection of real estate on request;
    • In-depth knowledge in sales (the ability to identify a need, present yourself and the project, answer customer questions, sign a contract);
    • Registration of transactions;
    • Work on the development of a personal brand;
    • Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction. What we offer:
