Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the Directors
- Must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel,
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying,
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong
registration compliance
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- Must have knowledge of logistics, i.e. preparation of shipping
- Liaise with related government agencies for company's renewal of
Skills and Qualifications:
- Possessing the ability to multitask, and flexible at all times
- Being organised and detailoriented
- Possessing strong communication skills, both verbal and written to
- Having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the workplace
- Possessing a positive attitude
- Having a willingness to learn
- Must have knowledge in logistics
- Minimum two years experience in the same field.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
