    RoleDescription

    This is a fulltime onsite role for aReal Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible forproviding exceptional customer service during lease or sales. Theagent will also be responsible for adhering to industry regulationsand building and maintaining strong professional relationships withclients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide valuable insights and advice toclients on market trends property values and investmentopportunities.
    • Identify new sales leads andmaintain good advisorclient relationship.
    • Assess client requirements and financial capabilities toprovide suitable solutions.
    • Assist clients inproperty transactions including viewings negotiations anddocumentation.
    • Stay updated on market trendsproperty values and industry regulations.
    • Follow companys policy and procedures to ensure qualityand legality of all the transactions.
    • Utilizesocial media to showcase properties and reach potentialbuyers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing orrelated field preferred.
    • Proven track recordof success in real estate sales or leasing with a minimum of 2years of experience in the UAE market.
    • RealEstate Broker License is preferred.
    • Excellentknowledge of local real estate laws regulations and marketdynamics.
    • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills to build and maintain relationships withclients and industry professionals.
    • Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • UAE drivers license and car ispreferred.
