Description

Opulent Events looking for Event Planner Preferably with interior designing or architectural background.

The Wedding planner is responsible for organising and planning the entire schedule of events for the weddings with potential clients.

Duties:

Contacting Leads within 2hr
Arrange meetings with potential clients.
Preparing creative presentation taken from client's brief
Organising and planning weddings
Identifying the requirements from clients and attend to all details to deliver perfectly tailored project to the client
Creating and working within budgets
Negotiating with vendors
Understanding contracts
Coordinating all the wedding arrangements with concerned subcontractors
Making arrangement for the stage (KOSHA).
Prepare quotations that will respect client's budget, in line with proposed project for Management approval.
Build a budget sheet after all the costs are known from suppliers and internally build the schedule of the various weddings.
Prepare the weddings communicate all information to production department.

- get feedback and share with Management.

Having uptodate knowledge of wedding trends

Requirements:

Creativity
Preferably Experienced as Wedding planner, Interior Designer/Architect
Ability of creating visual presentation

Competencies:

Creative, Independent and Team Player.
Independent and working without supervision.
Excellent Time Management skills.
Personal organisation.
High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients from all backgrounds.

Salary:
AED3, AED15,000.00 per month
