Admin Assistant/receptionist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Nathan & Nathan HR
Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to perform administrative and clerical duties.The duties of the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Meet and Greet Visitors
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma.
- Proven work experience in Customer Service / Front Office
- Excellent English Communication
- A working knowledge of and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- A good proficiency with computers.
- Familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
DATES:
APRIL 17 TO 21 AND APRIL 27 TO MAY 8
LOCATION:
MARINA PLAZA, DUBAI MARINA
TIMINGS:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 9AM TO 6PM

Salary:
AED AED250.00 per day
