Responsibilities:

Ensure all important technology / systems implementation and enhancements of Finance, HR and Procurement functions across the globe are well coordinated and project managed effectively.

To be intimately involved with the CTO, Digital Technology CFO, Group Financial Controller and Regional Business/Finance Heads and other key stakeholders to ensure digital transformation program and the underlying initiatives are being executed well.

Play a key-role in Data Analytics, by providing analytical information for various businesses, including engagement with the business/Group IT in developing and testing a global pricing model, providing insights from the data for commercial decision making.

Provide guidance to various Business Units in identifying and capturing Technology synergies.
Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track the performance of various squads in realising strategic objectives


Requirements:
20+ years relevant experience in Project Management of Enterprise-wide Business/Financial Systems deployment in a global company. Project Finance professional who can work on strategic business priorities in flow-to-work model. Excellent Project Management skills required for this role.
Experience in Corporate Function in a Global Company, ability to communicate with people from different regions / cultural backgrounds. Effective communicator (written and oral), capable of influencing in a multi-cultural environment.
