    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support to our client's team in Abu Dhabi.

    The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

    This role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsAct as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and follow-up action itemsEnsure accurate record-keeping and documentation managementMeeting & Coordination SupportCoordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and confidential discussionsPrepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action points to completionLiaise with senior management, clients, partners, and vendors as requiredBusiness & Operational SupportAssist with project coordination, task tracking, and deadline managementSupport the CEO in monitoring priorities, deliverables, and key initiativesConduct basic research, data compilation, and reporting when requiredConfidentiality & Professional ConductHandle highly sensitive information with absolute discretionMaintain confidentiality regarding company operations, strategy, and leadership mattersRepresent the CEO and the organization with professionalism at all timesKey RequirementsExperience & QualificationsProven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role providing direct support to C-level leadershipMinimum 7 years of relevant experience, with prior CEO-level support strongly preferredBachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatoryMust be currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAEExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and anticipate executive needsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilityProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot)Proficiency with digital tools and calendarsPersonal AttributesHighly professional, discreet, and trustworthyCalm under pressure and adaptable to changing prioritiesProactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientedStrong interpersonal skills and executive presenceWhat the Client Is Looking ForA dependable and polished professional who can add structure, efficiency, and reliability to the CEO's daily operationsSomeone who can operate with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities effectivelyA confident problem-solver who takes initiative and adds value beyond administrative support
