Key responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware systems including computers, servers, monitors, printers and network devices.
Management and monitoring of cloudbased systems, ensuring their reliability and security.
Providing technical support to staff for both hardware and software issues.
Collaborating with IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of hardware components, networks & Wifi, cloudbased systems, printers, monitors, security cameras & access control, and preferred basic coding experience.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary:
From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
