- To develop and amend High LevelOrg Charts in consultation with section head andSVP.
- To prepare employment contracts and offerletters for permanent and temporary positions that are approved inline with established compensation and remuneration practicesensuring proper documentation.
- To verify casesfor staff promotions and or salary review and prepare draftproposals for review and approval by head ofsection.
- To review and prepare letters for JobTitle changes, change of cost centers, transfer letters byverifying manpower budget, job classification and grading standardsand or any other requirements as required.
- Tostandardize the Contracts templates for all Junior, Middle andSenior Management positions in line with the organizational policyas well as fulfilling Legal requirements.
- Toreview cases with Rewards team for upgrading of positions and orre-evaluations of position and make appropriate recommendationafter carrying out detailed job analysis or study to section headfor further action.
- To discuss with Rewards andreview cases of salary anomaly, grade anomaly, salary revisionwhere required by preparing comparative reports with analysis andmake appropriate recommendations or proposals as well as providingcosting details.
- Toassist in carrying out market salary survey and provide informationon market remuneration for further analysis.
- Toassist the section head in reviewing and improving all policies andprocedures.
- Act as a consultant as the HRBPcreates job descriptions for all positions in theorganization.
