Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and cultural nuances is advantageous.
