Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and cultural nuances is advantageous.
