Requirements:


POSITION PURPOSE

  • Manage all Community Platforms and ensure all planning, implementation, calendar management and social creation continues to maintain and grow our brand's positioning in the region.
  • Connecting and engaging with our users across our different social touchpoints.
  • Liaise with all cross functional teams to ensure that the community is synergized with all business objectives and KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Devise and implement content strategies that strictly adhere to our SEO guidelines, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Strategize and produce content for PR articles, promotional materials, and branded content, ensuring alignment with our brand's reputation.
  • Create compelling short and longform content, including blogs, video scripts, and newsletters, with a dedication to quality and deadlines.
  • Write, edit, and meticulously proofread a wide array of content to support brand awareness, media relations, and demand generation.
  • Innovatively address different audience personas, contributing to each stage of the customer journey through targeted content.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, driving them from concept through publication and beyond, with a keen eye on performance metrics.
  • Regularly update our blog hub, ensuring a dynamic and current content flow.

INNOVATIVE AND DISRUPTIVE EXECUTIVE

  • Pioneer new platforms as per their relevance to our brand, the business objectives, and the relevancy.
  • Drive disruptive and differentiated content, innovation and touch points with the community ensuring first and best in class execution regionally.
  • Develop and manage key partnerships with suppliers to ensure effective, timely and relevant delivery of assets.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY

  • Work experience: +2 years in a managerial social/digital media role. Tech Industry preferred.
  • Skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Competencies:
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset ability to work with new tools and derive data that enables strategic decisions.
  • Social Guru: loves social media, content creation and up to date with social trends.
  • Agile and fast paced.
