Description
To know and perform all kinds of massages, facial, all types of hammam and assist In hair whenever needed

  • To report for duty punctually, wearing correct uniform and name tag and follow good hygiene habits at all time as per standard of the company. Makeup is a requirement for Spa therapist and Hair style as per the company norms.
  • To take part in training whenever necessary and advised by management
  • To provide courteous & professional service at all times.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and days off
  • Welcome guests, greet guests & Members, explain and upsell the services & products. Be proactive and ascertain individual needs.
  • Ensure Guest satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Spa's first priority.
  • Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
  • Discussing all spa treatments with clients.
  • Must know the protocol and procedures of all treatments.
  • Must perform in a safe and professional manner to clients.
  • Provide uncompromised attention to guest service.
  • Promoting and selling retail products
  • Adhering to the highest standards of sanitation, which includes cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.
  • To maintain exceptionally high levels of accuracy.
  • To ensure that keeping uptodate on latest trend, supplies and technology.
  • To check and set up the daily operations of the HOA standards.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the department.
  • To assist the Operation/Spa Manager in maximizing profit through driving revenues and controlling costs within the business.
  • To assist in achieving budget through planned initiatives and controlling.
  • Assist in creating new spa experience to maintain innovation and originality.
  • Consistently display evidence of the following key characteristics required for optimal delivery of production & customer service of the company i.e. Enthusiasm, teamwork, initiative, adaptability, empathy, sharing the knowledge & accountability.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
