      • Welcomeand greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner &demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
      • Identify customer needsthrough asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrateappropriate products; recommend link products at every saleopportunity; close the sale
      • Receive cash or payment in any authorizedmodes from customers issue receipts/ bills against their purchaseand provide professional cash point service.
      • Handle customercomplaints professionally and efficiently in line with the companyafter sales policy escalating to management ifnecessary.
      • Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge fashion trendsinstore promotions at all times.
      • Maintain personal grooming standards asadvised by the Store Manager.
      • Maintain clean and organized display fittingrooms and stock areas.
      • Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stocksto the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimumstock levels.
      • Comply with all company policies and procedures includingrefund and exchange policy security health and safety policiesetc.
      • Recruitcustomers for the database accurately entering their details on thePOS system.
      • Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance onsales floor and fitting room areas.
