In line with the objectives of the Global Marketing Plan and local requirements, develop local marketing strategies, Omni channel campaign design, implementation & optimization.
Research assigned markets, understand SWOTS, its personas and their respective pain points and develop customer segments in order to create best in class lead generation marketing tactics in line with the global marketing plans.
Work closely with the rest of Centre of Excellence on content strategies and – calendars, and (digital) marketing KPI's & optimization of those on a continuous basis.
Work closely with key stakeholders on global, regional and corporate level.Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing position with an international companyProven experience with persona creation, lead generationcampaign design and implementation, account segmentationProven experience in paid media- campaign and creative – brief creation and implementationProficient in marketing plan creation, marketing research and statistical analysis, as well as A/B testing
