Project & Customer Success Coordinator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - FAMA TECHNOLOGIES
Description
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives- Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
- Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
- Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by speaking to key decision makers about their insight needs and challenges
- Work closely together with Account Managers to coordinate daytoday client activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and current activities of customers and competitors
- Provide product demonstrations and onboardings to current and future clients via Zoom
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Assign roles and tasks to team members based on the projects,
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestone
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and customer feedback on company products or services
- Supporting customers by answering questions about products and services, as well as providing technical support when needed
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
