Position Overview:
We're seeking a Buyer for our Footwear Division. This role involves sourcing, selecting, and purchasing footwear products aligned with market trends and customer preferences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends and competitor activities in the footwear industry.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers for a diverse product assortment.
  • Collaborate on buying strategies and assortment plans.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while maintaining quality standards.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust buying plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and fashion trends.
  • Work with Marketing on promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 35 years of retail buying experience, preferably in footwear.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Detailoriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay:
From AED10,000.00 per month
