As the Business Development Support Assistant you will be joining a small team but this is an exciting role as you will be supporting the Middle East business development efforts as well as with the smooth running of the Middle East team and office.

Roles and Responsibilities


Office Manager:

  • To ensure smooth day to day running of the Abu Dhabi office including liaising with key external (ie. Landlord, Etisilat, ADGM) and internal (IT, Accounts) providers.

Compliance liaison with outsourced Compliance Officer:

  • Conduit for ensuring marketing material used by the team is compiled correctly

Administration:

  • To provide day to day administrative support for the team (Abu Dhabi and London) including, but not limited to, arranging travel, visa's and handling expenses
  • To assist with the preparation of Board reports
  • To take minutes at meetings

Sales Support:

  • To provide day to day support for the business development team including, but not limited to, assisting with organisation of presentations for meetings, assisting with client on boarding /due diligence and successful resolution of client / prospect queries
  • Maintaining up to date records on salesforce
  • Assisting with marketing events in the region
  • Produce regular analysis of the markets, prospects and our offering to help with business development effort

Management Information:

  • To provide support with the production of regular management information on the region
  • Previous experience in a similar role admin experience as well as Sales Support
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality/integrity
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels
  • Flexibility
  • Able to work under pressure to deadlines and is comfortable prioritising work and making judgements on the urgency of matters.
