Visiting free zones, government departments, developing contacts etc.,

• Consulting and liaising with clients on matters of a compliance, meeting prospective clients and organise marketing/promotion of corporate services, Execute company formation and associated residency processes on behalf of InZone clients in a timely manner and according to clients requirements.
• Draft diverse corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes of directors and shareholders, attestation and legalization, issuance of certificates, bank account openings

Qualification
CS, Inter CA, ACA, ACCA or Any Commerce degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in handling UAE corporate services matters


Experience
Minimum 2 -3 years' experience with Audit/Consulting firm is a plus


Skills Required:

• Knowledge of UAE's company formation policies and procedures
• Experience with registering new companies in Dubai and knowledge of Dubai's free zone laws
• Basic knowledge of UAE tax laws (VAT / Corporate Tax) as well as other Corporate Compliances like Economic Substance Regulation / Ultimate Beneficial Owner Regulation / Anti-Money Laundering Regulation would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks of the UAE
• Ability to interpret laws & regulations as well as keeping updated with clarifications / judgements
• Ability to build relationships with clients and networks with other consultants in the industry

Experience:

• Company Formation or Business setup: 1 year (preferred)
