Roles and Responsibilities:

  • New Business Identification and onboarding ofnew customers.
  • Promote and grow Air, Sea, and Land freight services (both imports and exports).
  • Achieving an agreeable Individual target and being a key contributor to achieving thetarget.
  • Developing new business ideas/ strategies Key Account Management of existing customers, Retention of existing customers by working in tandem with COO and Managing Director.
  • Must be willing to travel within and outside UAE, Capability to work with different cultures.
  • Prepare BID's / Contracts and represent the company in various tender opening and price negotiation meetings of existing and future customers and must be familiar to interpret IMCO and related charter party terms and conditions.

Experience:

- business development manager: 5 years (preferred)
Freight Industry: 3 years (preferred)
