- Greet visitors upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Provide information about the tourist attraction including exhibits events and any special promotions.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases reservations and any other inquiries
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information regarding opening hours admission fees and general attraction details.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle cash transactions issue receipts and reconcile daily cash reports.
- Assist in managing reservations and coordinating group visits.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Collect and document visitor feedback to help improve the overall guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Assist in promoting and coordinating special events or promotions.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure the security of the attraction.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations and report any incidents promptly.
- Diploma or bachelor s degree in a suitable field
- Prior proven experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred
- Must have Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic plus any other language
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software and office equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
