Job Title:
Nursing Lecturer

Location:
Bur Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver highquality instruction in CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses.
Develop lesson plans, labs, and other instructional materials that are engaging and effective.
Evaluate student progress through quizzes, exams, and other assessments.
Assist in the development and revision of course content and curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other academic information.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty meetings, and other collegewide committees.
Keep uptodate with developments in healthcare education and incorporate new teaching strategies into instructional materials.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
Participate in the recruitment and retention of students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Minimum of 23 years of experience teaching CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
A DHA/MOH/HAAD license is an advantage.
