    · Develop a needs assessment process & create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.

    · Determine and maintain the knowledge necessary for the operation of ADVETI processes and assess the competence of staff that affects the performance and the quality systems.

    · Ensure that staff are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training and experience.

    · Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training.

    · Conduct training needs assessments and propose methods to close the performance gaps.

    · Oversee the complete training cycle.

    · Provide Support to and Advise managers new ways to resolve performance issues using the organization's performance management tools.

    · Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.

    · Supervising the development of UAE National recruits in accordance with the approved work plans and mechanisms

    · Support Emiratization Programs
