Weare looking for you to become our Maintenance Engineer Electricaland join our Operations team in Guardian Ras Al Khaimah.

The Maintenance Engineer will assist in leading themaintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a selfdrivenindividual with a passion for excellence in safety manufacturingand customer focus. You will drive safety excellence throughpromoting employee involvement ownership and accountability. Youwill also work to proactively identify hazards and implementappropriate mitigating strategies based on the risks involved whilemonitoring the Maintenance shift activities corrective preventivemaintenance condition monitoring continual improvements quality ofwork and providing guidance to the team. This role will providecritical input to the management team and influence otherspositively impacting the organization.

What You WillDo

• Establish leadership for the team and drive our Principled basedManagement culture.
• Comply with all standardsafety practices and company guidelines.
• Support the production processes to align and optimizethe manufacturing enterprise in delivering value to the business.
• Proactive identify and take appropriateaction to minimize EHS risk including physical condition jobprocedures & behavior by self & others.
• To assist in the smooth running of plant equipments inshifts by attending the breakdowns ensuring routine andpreventative maintenance carried out on regular intervals.
• Undertake effective planning andprioritization of works in the shifts in execution.
• Monitor the quality of craft work and provide directionto crew members to maximize efficiency.
• HelpPlan and Schedule maintenance work for all departments in thefacility.
• Review the Work instructions& PMs on regular intervals to improve the efficiencys andcover the gaps.
• Identify and execute theprojects to eliminate waste and optimizing the resources.
• Guide new technicians to achieve equipmentknowledge troubleshooting and replacement of equipments.
• Maintain the required standards ofhousekeeping.
• Working with area engineers todrive & execute transformation projects

Who You Are (BasicQualifications)

• 5 or more year of experience in medium and largemanufacturing background (continuous process industries).
• Must be willing and able to work in rotatingshifts.
• Knowledge of reliability concepts andimplementing precision maintenance techniques to improve equipmentreliability.
• Working knowledge and experiencewith MS Word and Excel and other PCbased production and maintenancereporting applications.
• Experience routinelyutilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or other similar problemsolvingtools.

What Will Put YouAhead

• Graduate in ElectricalElectronicsInstrumentation Engineeringpreferred.
• Working knowledge in PLCs(Siemens) HMIs SCADA(GE iFix) Profibus & other Industrialcommunication systems
• Working knowledge onVFDs Induction motors Servo motors Control circuits processinstruments & calibrations.
• Knowledgeon 33KV switch gears LV switch gears.
• Knowledge on Diesel generators weighing scales Aircompressors
