Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team.

As a key member you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to real estate agents, administrative staff, and other team members.
Oversee client transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Assist agents in negotiating deals and resolving conflicts with clients and other parties.
Develop marketing plans and initiatives to promote properties and attract clients.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Manage budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the brokerage.
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, agents, lenders, and vendors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate broker or relevant leadership experience in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in real estate CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
