Green Vista Pool's and Landscaping LLC is looking for
Projects Manager (Landscaping Projects) with 8 + years' experience to join our team.

• Responsible for Initiating, Planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, procurement and administration and project closing of all aspects of landscaping activities.
• Developing action or work plans, materials request, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating landscape projects from the beginning to the completion of projects in collaboration with the operations Managers.
• Ensuring submittals and approvals of drawings and materials are in place in collaboration of all the concerned stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with work schedule and within the timelines and cost constraints.
• Enable to maintain good relationship with all the personnel, Engineers, Architect, Client, client representative.
• Enable to managing and overseeing field personnel and subcontractors.
• Enable to write minutes of meeting for the responsible project as necessary and to maintain the report procedure as per organizational guideline.
• Analyze situations, define bottle neck and find the solution and or options to decide on actions quickly in collaboration of Operation Manager.
• Supervise and lead all projects processes and operations.
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for projects.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards.
• Create and implement procedures for project team within safety, quality etc. as per standard procedures.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
• Reporting to Operations Manager and or Managing Director

• Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role.
• Proven work experience on managing residential and or commercial projects.
• Preferred to be PMP Certified.
• Handson experience with MS Office, MS Excel and MS projects/Primavera
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field
