    The Role

    KeyQualifications: Minimum of 5 years sales experienceincluding progressive management. Minimum of 5 years successfulservice industry sales. Demonstrated track record in sales andsales management. Proven experience in managing and developingteams with a minimum of 4 years of successful team leadership.
    Established history of building successful sales teams within aservice and support sales environment. Ability to lead influenceand deliver results effectively. Proficiency in driving teamperformance and developing existing sales teams for optimalresults. Demonstrated prior success in business growth and marketexpansion. Proven track record of successful sales in a serviceindustry ideally in fields such as finance insurance propertyimmigration etc.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities: Manage a smallsales team actively monitoring sales performance and reporting tothe CEO. Identify and recommend opportunities/initiatives forrevenue improvement. Collaborate with the existing sales structureto market and sell UK investments and migration services to adiverse clientele. Identify and establish relationships with newclients tailor solutions to their specific needs and executeeffective sales strategies. Oversee projects from inception tosuccessful completion building strong client relationships. Setdirection and manage deliverables for the assigned sales teamachieving revenue and expense objectives. Manage individual andteam performance nurturing talent within the organisation. Engageactively in supervising sales and marketing campaigns. Maintain ahealthy pipeline of prospects from the sales team and their ownbusiness clients enhancing the revenue contribution. Assumeresponsibility for the entire sales pipeline from prospecting toclosure. Analyse and accurately forecast revenue performancecontributing to annual budgeting. Deliver compelling presentationson our services highlighting the benefits of our products. Raisebrand awareness through networking lead generation and marketresearch. Identify relevant conferences and exhibitions to attendelevating our brand profile and attracting new clients.


    Compensation Package:
    Monthly Salary very competitive An ontargetcommission package will be offered for both individual and branchsales. Medical insurance will be provided in line with companypolicy.
