- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality Field for minimum oof 3 to 5 years .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience in the hospitality or catering industry is mandatory
