CTRM Consultant with Management Consulting and Commodity Trading Experience

Responsibilities:


CTRM System Implementation:


  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of CTRM systems for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize CTRM solutions to meet clientspecific requirements.

Risk Management and Compliance:


  • Provide expertise in developing risk management strategies and compliance frameworks within the commodity trading domain.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend enhancements to clients' risk management processes.

Business Process Optimization:


  • Analyze current business processes related to commodity trading and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.

Strategic Consulting:


  • Utilize management consulting skills to understand clients' business challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives.

Training and Support:


  • Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to CTRM solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Leverage data analytics to extract meaningful insights from commodity trading data.
  • Design and implement reporting mechanisms to enable clients to make informed business decisions.

Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in commodity trading and risk management.

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CTRM Consultant with a focus on commodity trading.
  • Strong background in management consulting, with a track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Indepth knowledge of CTRM systems, preferably experience with leading platforms.
  • Familiarity with risk management practices and regulatory requirements in the commodity trading sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
