Plan oversee and direct construction projectsfrom start to completion.

Coordinate and directconstruction workers andsubcontractors.

Collaborate the constructionadministration phase and provide assistance to issues that mayarise in the field, support with sketches, information,etc.

Prepare internal and external reports aboutsite status.

Negotiate terms of agreements, draftcontracts and work with the construction manager where required toobtain permits and licenses.

Review the workprogress on a daily basis.

Oversee all onsite andoffsite constructions to monitor compliance with building andsafety regulations.

Plan to prevent problems andresolve any emerging issues.
