As a key member of our cybersecurity division, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft security products and a proven track record in architecting and deploying comprehensive security solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Design and propose Microsoft security solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft security technologies.
• Develop technical proposals and documentation.

• Oversee the implementation of Microsoft security solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support during deployment and configuration.
• Ensure seamless integration with the client's existing systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use the solutions.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, offering post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Gather feedback and work with product teams to enhance Microsoft security offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT security, preferably with a focus on Microsoft security solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft security portfolio (e.g., Azure Security, Microsoft 365 Security).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
