Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager.

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing staff, sales performance, and customer service, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and actively contributing to the growth of the business.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Management skills including experience in recruiting ,leading and supervising teams, and managing staff performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
510 years experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field ( MOE Equivalency Certificate required)
Insurance certification
Fluent in English and knowledge of multi languages is a plus

From AED6,000.00 per month
