General Manager and Assistant General Manager
Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will be a strong proven leader, driven to succeed, good customer service skills and have exceptional communication skills.
Fully responsible of service operation, coordinating the teams ensuring an efficient and smooth operation.Responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service
- Ensure cash control policies and standards are maintained through the POS point of sale system.
- Inspects the restaurant prior to opening to ensure that all mis en place and opening duties are done accordingly.
- Fully responsible of restaurant service operation, including training younger members of staff.
- Accountable for restaurant weekly/monthly stock take.
- Treat all team members fairly, with respect.
- Set high standards for appropriate team behavior on the shift.
- Provide feedback and coaching to the team regularly.
- Follow setup procedures.
- Handle guest complaints.
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly and appropriately.
- Always be punctual, wearing the correct uniform respecting the grooming standards
- To be well versed with all menus (a la carte, drinks, and patisserie).
- Greets guests in a courteous and polite manner.
- Delegate and follow up effectively.
- Coach the team how to exceed costumer expectations.
- Assist with the hiring, on boarding and continuous training of front of house employees.
- Attends staff and management meetings including preshift (briefing) as required.
- Always maintain grooming standards.
- Be proactive in reaching our company goals in sales, service, appearance, while creating a positivr, fun and productive working environment.
- Do not blame others, takes accountability for problems.
- Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by the restaurant management team.
Willing to travel and work between Jeddah and Dubai

- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
Hospitality Management: 7 years (required)
