Job summary
We are looking for a creative mind to join our team as an Executive Producer F&B. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the food and beverage operation achieves its goals and contributes to the guest experience and overall profitability of the hotel whilst maintaining Paramount Hotel Brand standards.You will be responsible for developing food and beverage strategy, participating in business planning, coordinating administrative functions, monitoring service quality, initiating promotions, monitoring competitor trends, recommending modernization measures, setting budgets,
and verifying that guests receive excellent service. This role requires strong leadership skills,
