Qualifications and Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
