Qualifications and Skills:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
