Job description

Objective:

Serve Breton customers and specifiers, providing a quality service, focusing on closing sales and meeting established goals.


Responsibilities:


Meet the requests of professionals and specifiers when visiting the store, offering alternativefinishes and accessories, enabling the customization of Breton products, the specifications and needs of your projects.


Serve the final customers in the store, doing surveys to identify their profile and needs, offering the elaboration of customized decoration projects that meet their needs and expectations.


Present the project and business conditions to the final customers in order to close the sale and generate the order.

Monitor the pending technical assistance daily.

Participate in meetings with the designer, customers and specifiers to present the project and identify adjustments in them.

Track delivery and make demonstration / production.

Follow _up_ customer budgets daily.


Follow up on the portfolio of professionals and end customers, inviting them to visit the store when conducting sales promotions or launching new products, as well as identify ing the reasons why professionals are no longer buying or indicating Breton products.

Be positive and work with joy.

Schedule your actions in advance.


Perform other related activities according to request, instruction and or follow-up of your immediate superior in order to contribute to the team and its professional development.


Requirements required

Education:
Complete/Higher Education in Interior Design or Architecture

Time of experience in function: 3 years


language:
Russian, Arabic, English


Technical Skills
Reading of plants and technical design, CAD, concepts and trends of decoration, furniture design, Sales techniques and negotiation.

Be flexible and adaptable.

Establish Networking.


Behavioral Skills
Pay attention to the customer and understand their real needs.

Know how to listen.
