- Support the development,maintenance and execution of the online business strategy forPullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers & Novotel &Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels.
- Measureweekly/monthly sales performance, reporting on key insights andopportunities to grow the business unit's KPIs inRevenue, Margin and NPS.
- Lead, train andsupport the merchandising team.
- Ensuringproducts are enriched accurately and on time by the team tomaximize trade potential with competitive pricing and detaileddescriptions that drive businessoutcomes.
- Ensuring the website delivers anexceptional customer experience and salesgrowth.
- Responsible for creation and executionof programs, product launches and promotional calendar planning andbe responsible for merchandising promotions, including product,price and badging on the website.
- Collaborating& coordinating with operational team on requiredphotography and copy to elevate our productsonline.
- Developing new and existingrelationships with our B2B partnered suppliers through thepartnership team.
