Description
Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize workrelated accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Analyzing drawings to ensure that Fitout projects meet the design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven working experience as a site supervisor in the Fitout field
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret CAD drawings.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- UAE driver's license is a must.
Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
